Lead all plant operations to achieve safety, quality, service, cost, and performance goalsLead and develop managers across Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, and EHSDrive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, continuous improvement, and warehouse management initiativesOversee engineering and maintenance to ensure equipment and facility reliabilityLead processing and packaging operations while maintaining quality and efficiencyOversee materials, production scheduling, warehousing, and distributionStrengthen food safety, GMP, sanitation, product integrity, and SQF systemsMaintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirementsPartner with corporate leadership and Human Resources on business objectives, employee relations, and regulatory complianceMust HaveBachelor's degree in a related field; MBA strongley preferred 10+ years of food manufacturing experienceProven experience leading complex manufacturing operations and multiple functional teamsStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Continuous ImprovementExperience with manufacturing execution systems and warehouse operationsStrong background in employee safety and food safetyWorking knowledge of SQF requirements, with experience implementing and maintaining SQF Level III certificationStrong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead from the floor, develop people, and drive accountabilityThis is an excellent opportunity for a proven food manufacturing leader who wants to make a significant impact on a growing operation while leading a strong team and driving continuous improvement.#LI-GE1
