Job DescriptionThis is an on-site role for a Manufacturing Associate at Tyson Holsters located in King William, VA. The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks associated with manufacturing operations. This includes forming, buffing, drilling, cutting and routing holsters. We are a fast-growing holster company and are looking to expand. We need someone to pay attention to details, be a problem solver, and a creative thinker. Some firearm knowledge would be a plus. For the right person there is a lot of room for advancement. Come grow with our team!
Work schedule is (4) 10 Hour shifts Mon-Thurs day shift.
We provide on the job training.
Starting salary is $17.00/HR, at 6 months with good performance review this goes to $18.00/HR, and at 1 year with good performance review to $19.00/HR

Qualifications:
Clean Rooms, Quality Control, and Manufacturing Operations skills
Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently and in a team
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
Experience with firearms a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
