Accounts Payable Specialist – Contract Chicago, IL | Downtown Loop | $25–$35/hour | Onsite Monday–Friday A leading financial services firm in downtown Chicago is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join their team on a contract basis.
What you’ll be doing:- Process invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments
- Review and reconcile accounts payable records
- Work closely with internal teams and vendors
- Assist with resolving invoice and payment discrepancies
- Support day-to-day accounting operations
What we’re looking for:- Previous Accounts Payable or accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Strong Excel and communication skills
