We're looking for relationship-builders: advisors who have won clients through their own network and want a stronger platform to do more of it. No transferable book is required. You'll bring: A track record of winning client relationships yourself A strong local network and relationships with CPAs, attorneys or other centers of influence Experience at a wirehouse, RIA, private bank (investment side) or similar Ambition to grow a high-net-worth practice You'll get:$175,000–$250,000 base + bonus of up to 40%A research-led platform with deep specialist support Genuine support in building a client bank A structured advisor training class
