Senior Systems Engineer - IAM

Must Have:
- 5+ years of IAM Engineering/Architecture experience
- Strong Auth0 or Okta experienceOAuth 2.0 & OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- Authentication & Authorization designSAML / Federation / SSO experience
- Day to Day Responsibilities: Design and implement authentication and authorization solutions across the enterprise
- Help onboard customer-facing applications into Auth0 across 60+ business units
- Create reusable IAM patterns, standards, and governance models
- Advise application teams on identity security best practices
- Support initiatives around Fine-Grained Authorization and AI Identity Governance
- Partner with architects, infrastructure teams, and developers on IAM strategy and implementation
- Drive automation efforts and identity-related workflow improvements
- Participate in Agile sprint planning, daily standups, and project delivery
- Provide limited operational support and participate in an on-call rotation
