RSC Facility Manager
About this role:
We have an opportunity for a Facilities Manager at our distribution center in Plant City, Florida. The Facilities Manager oversees and directs the Retail Support Center maintenance, and housekeeping functions to include facilities, and assets. This role is also responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating projects and maintenance of the building, equipment, and Ace property.
What You'll Do:
Lead, support and encourage Ace Values: Winning, Excellence, Love, Integrity, Gratitude, Humility and Teamwork.
Plan, direct, and supervise building maintenance and housekeeping personnel.
Responsible for receipt of all capital purchases.
Oversee and develop sustainability initiatives.
Understand and follow RSC facility best practices.
Responsible for accurate and legally compliant OSHA record keeping and reporting.
Advise and assist management in adhering to Ace contract policies.
Effectively negotiate critical services with multiple vendors.

What you need to succeed:
Be a safety champion by promoting a safe and productive workplace through your own actions, including the proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment and safe lifting techniques as determined by the role.
Be an active participant in contributing to a successful safety culture in the facility.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Ability and willingness to work non-traditional shifts and hours
Planning and monitoring work activities of others
Processing Information including calculating, auditing, analyzing, and/or verifying information or data.
Maintain safe work environment
