Before Sphinx, Chris had a background in Global and Medical Sales, while Kristen was a Registered Nurse and Elementary School Teacher. Earning Potential: This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity with commission based compensation. Many full-time agents earn between $60,000-$150,000+ annually, while experienced top producers may earn significantly more. What We're Looking ForIntegrity: This is a big one for us. If you're not yet licensed, we will guide you through the entire licensing process.
