Join to our TIGER Family!! #joinTIGER3rd Shift Drylac/Metallic Machine Operator: Work Practices: Understand and follow written and verbal instructions Re-screen and spray test samples Set up of equipment using base parameters assigned by management Prepare pigments and bases together for upcoming runs Record operational data on computer-controlled machinery and/or specified forms Clean and disassemble mixing and bonding equipment Prepare tooling for changeovers and perform machine changeovers Transport finished runs or full skills to shipping warehouse Package and label finished goods in designated carton boxes Stack finished goods on appropriate skids Organize carton boxes effectively and change them in a timely manner Work to continuously improve all areas of productivity and reduce scrap Supporting Work Practices: Relieve co-workers for breaks Maintain cleanliness of workstation and meet 7S requirements Familiar and follow Lean Manufacturing principles Quality Practices Continually monitor production runs to detect defects or deviations from standards and make minor adjustments as necessary Inform Supervisor of major machinery or quality concerns
