ResponsibilitiesMeet with pre-qualified homeowners for scheduled in-home appointments Conduct professional sales presentations using an iPad-based system Design customized bathroom remodeling solutions using company software Explain product features, benefits, and financing options Present pricing and close sales effectively Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals Attend weekly sales training and development sessions QualificationsStrong communication and relationship-building skills Previous sales experience preferred (in-home sales experience is a plus) Experience in remodeling, construction, or home improvement sales is preferred but not required Comfortable presenting solutions in a customer's home Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
