Shift: 1st and 2nd shift options
Must be available to work overtime, as well as occasional/mandatory weekends
Machine Operator Summary:
This role involves operating production equipment, assembling parts, ensuring quality control, and troubleshooting issues in a clean, safe manufacturing environment.
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment and tools.
Assemble products and perform validation testing.
Meet production targets and report defects/incidents.
Maintain quality standards on all tasks.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and stock levels.
Follow manufacturing manuals and company guidelines.
Machine Operator Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- One year or more of recent manufacturing experience, SAP/MES knowledge, automated production line experience, and machinery troubleshooting preferred.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Good communication (written/verbal) and teamwork skills required
- Knowledge of basic safety rules
- Flexibility in working hours including the ability to work 12-hour shifts, overtime, and weekends when required
- Must meet Drug Test and Background Check requirements
