WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead and supervise track maintenance and construction crews.
Ensure compliance with FRA standards and company safety expectations.
Manage track inspections, repair programs, rail replacement, and capital projects.
Coordinate contractors, railroad operations, and public agencies.
Investigate incidents and drive continuous improvement.
Control costs, manage resources, and keep projects on schedule.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR5+ years of railroad track maintenance experience.
Strong knowledge of FRA track standards and railroad operations.
Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead crews in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Valid Driver's License.
