About Us:
Back and Neck Center of Toms River is the newest location of a growing chiropractic group rooted in Ocean County. Our flagship practice — Back and Neck Center of Brick — has built a reputation for high-volume, high-quality chiropractic care over the past several years, consistently seeing 240+ patients per week with a team patients genuinely look forward to seeing.
We are opening our Toms River location in October 2026 and are looking for the right doctor to grow with us. This is not a fill-in role — it is an opportunity to build something. The doctor we hire for Toms River will have a direct path to becoming the lead physician at this location as the practice grows.
The Role:
You will be the primary treating physician at our Toms River office, delivering chiropractic adjustments and working alongside a trained clinical team. You will have the support of an established billing operation, a proven patient experience system, and a hands-on owner who is invested in your development.
Our clinical model includes spinal decompression, muscle stimulation, shockwave therapy, and therapeutic exercise — all performed by a dedicated clinical team so you can focus on what you do best: adjusting and building relationships with your patients.

Why This Opportunity Is Different A lot of associate positions offer you a schedule and a paycheck. This one offers you a future. You will join a practice that is actively expanding, led by an owner who treats his team well and has a track record of building something real. The doctor who walks into Toms River in October and commits to growing with us will have the opportunity to become the face of that office — with the compensation, autonomy, and support to match.
