Work with stakeholders to understand fraud detection scenarios, rules, and processes." Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and process mapping." Collaborate with technology and data teams to implement fraud detection solutions." Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria." Support UAT, defect tracking, and implementation activities.
