Practice Info9 locations across Alabama and a new outpatient clinic in Mississippi, with immediate openings in Huntsville, Madisonville, Guntersville, and Biloxi, Mississippi Independent practice of over 80 healthcare providers covering 6 hospitals, 9 outpatient clinics, and nearly 200 long-term care facilities across Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi Work with highly trained nursing, counseling, and staff to enhance patient care
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality outpatient behavioral health services with the option to perform nursing home rounding
- Comfortably care for patients of all ages, with an emphasis on mental health and behavioral management
- Supervise NP staff and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective care
- Experience or interest in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, EMDR, and more
- Compensation$300,000 - $340,000 base salary, dependent on experience and location$35,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements:- Comfortable working with all age groups in outpatient and/or nursing home settings
- Board-certified in Psychiatry or related fieldJ-1 visa sponsorship available
- Interest or experience in TMS preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
