Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lamination Machine Operator to join our team in Cary, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining lamination machines to produce high-quality laminated products. Responsibilities:
Set up and operate lamination machines according to production specifications.
Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on lamination equipment.
Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary.
Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to the supervisor.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machinery operation is a plus.
- Previous experience operating lamination machines or similar equipment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
