Duties:
Geriatric Medicine PatientsProvide medical coverage in collaboration with PO PhysiciansDischarge planning for acute and long-term placementsEvaluate and treat participants during acute illness Required: Active PA licenseBoard Certified (ANCC or AANP)BLS, CDS,/CSRDEAMust have prescriptive authority 1 year + experience working with elderly population 5 years experience in long-term care
Compensation:
