Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to provide rehabilitation services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities:- Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and activities as directed.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, gait training, and functional activities.
- Monitor patient response and report changes to the Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients on prescribed exercises and safe mobility techniques.
- Maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and :Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active PTA license as required by state
- BLS certification preferred.
- Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
