Acadia is seeking a Paid Media Operations Manager in Atlanta to own onboarding, enablement, and documentation systems that scale our paid media practice. You will not manage campaigns but will ensure teams can operate faster and with less friction. Reporting to the Director of Paid Media, you will run structured onboarding audits, maintain audit templates, drive platform certification, and coordinate across Finance, HR, and Account Management while integrating AI tooling into workflows.
