What You'll Do:
Inspect, diagnose, perform, and assign maintenance and repairs, including electrical and plumbing, A/C and heating, appliances, lighting, boiler/gas/electric, and pool equipment
Communicate assignments, monitor progress, and coach the team
Ensure the team has complete instructions, supplies, tools, and safety equipment
Maintain a safe working environment and enforce all safety processes
