Certified Prosthetist (CP/CPO) – Unique Physician-Practice Opportunity

NEXOLUTION is seeking a Certified Prosthetist (CP) or Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) for a unique full-time opportunity in Wilmington, North Carolina. Rather than working in a traditional O&P clinic, the practitioner will work independently within an established physician/surgical practice and hospital environment, collaborating directly with physicians and the clinical team in the care of patients requiring prosthetic services. NEXOLUTION provides the O&P infrastructure, systems, compliance support, and operational resources, allowing the practitioner to focus on excellent patient care while enjoying a high degree of professional autonomy.

We are looking for a CP or CPO who is ABC- or BOC-certified and comfortable working independently. The ideal candidate is clinically capable, dependable, professional, and confident communicating directly with physicians, patients, and other members of the healthcare team. Experience is valued, but equally important is finding the right practitioner for this model—someone who values autonomy, collaboration, and the opportunity to practice prosthetics as an integrated member of the medical team.
