What You'll Do:- Assist in the preparation and testing of concrete and mortar samples using various admixtures
- Conduct routine laboratory tests and accurately record results
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Support senior technicians and scientists with research and development initiatives
- Document findings and communicate results clearly to the team
What We're Looking For:- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized testing procedures
- Basic knowledge of laboratory safety practices
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment
