What You'll Do:
Build, enhance, and operate shared web and content platform capabilities used across multiple product and business teams.
Own integrations between the CMS/content layer and frontend applications, edge delivery, APIs, digital asset management, CDP/customer segments, and personalization platforms.

Design highly available and resilient platform services with appropriate monitoring, observability, and operational controls.
Partner with Product, Marketing, Merchandising, Growth, and engineering teams to drive adoption of platform capabilities.
Help define platform architecture and technical roadmap as usage grows across the organization.
Key Technical Experience:

Understanding of headless CMS or composable/DXP architectures.
Experience integrating CMS platforms with frontend applications and downstream enterprise systems.
Knowledge of observability, monitoring, reliability, and platform health metrics.
Experience designing platforms or shared services consumed by multiple engineering/product teams.
