About the Role:
Omni-Biotic (Allergosan USA) is looking for a highly capable, entrepreneurial Head of Business Operations to help lead the next stage of our growth. This person will serve as a key operating leader across the business, translating company strategy and priorities into action and ensuring the organization runs effectively day to day. This is a role for an entrepreneurial business generalist who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will work closely with the company’s leadership and the broader team to drive cross-functional execution, create clarity and accountability, solve problems, and strengthen how we operate as we grow. We are looking for someone who can identify problems, coordinate projects, and - where needed - take ownership of solving them. The right person is comfortable moving between high-level business questions and hands-on execution, and is energized by building structure in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
What You Will Do:
Own the day-to-day operating rhythm of the business, ensuring company priorities translate into clear actions, accountability, and results. Drive cross-functional execution, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks, gaps, and issues across the organization. Partner with leadership on business performance, including KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and major business decisions. Build and improve the systems and processes that help us scale, creating greater clarity around ownership, decision-making, and accountability. Take ownership of high-priority strategic and operational initiatives that span multiple functions or don't have an obvious owner. Serve as a trusted operating partner to leadership, bringing strong judgment, clear recommendations, and the ability to independently move the business forward.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, management consulting, Chief of Staff, or similar high-ownership roles. Experience working within a growing, entrepreneurial or founder-led organization, with an understanding of what it takes to bring structure to a scaling team. Demonstrated experience owning complex, cross-functional initiatives and working closely with founders or senior leadership. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate across teams, and motivate others toward shared goals. Strong analytical skills with the instinct to use data and facts to understand problems, evaluate trade-offs, and inform decisions. Strong business and financial acumen, with comfort around budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and business performance. Excellent judgment and the ability to make thoughtful decisions independently. A natural problem-solver who brings structure and clarity to ambiguous situations. A strong communicator who can work effectively across functions and hold people accountable. Comfortable thinking strategically while also rolling up your sleeves to get things done. Experience in consumer products, health & wellness, or e-commerce is a plus What You’ll Get From Working With UsThis is a rare combination: the scope and visibility of a growth-stage company, in a category with real momentum, without a long commute. A category with genuine tailwinds. Gut health and the microbiome are among the fastest-growing areas in consumer health. Omni-Biotic sits at the science-led end of it, with 30+ years of research and clinical studies behind the products. You will be selling and scaling something that works. Scale-up stage, real ownership. We are past proof of concept and in a rapid growth phase. You will design the operating system of the company rather than inherit someone else’s, and see the results of your decisions within weeks, not years. A seat at the table. You will work directly with the founders and leadership team. Short decision paths, no layers, no politics. Your recommendations get heard and acted on.A founder-led, female-led company. Omni-Biotic USA was built by co-founder Hannah Kleinfeld out of her own health journey. That origin still shapes how we work: mission first, substance over noise, and a leadership culture that is direct, collegial, and low-ego. A team you’ll enjoy. Small, fast-moving, and genuinely mission-driven. People who care about the science, the customer, and each other. A commute that works.
