Provide on-site Level 1/Level 2 IT support for warehouse operations, resolving technical issues through Service Now ticketing and delivering effective customer service. Troubleshoot Windows-based desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile computers, Zebra devices (including TC52), printers, barcode scanners, and Microsoft Office applications. Assist with IT projects, including system installations, upgrades, device deployments, configurations, and IT asset management. Diagnose and resolve technical issues independently where possible, escalating complex problems appropriately and keeping users informed.
