Warehouse Operations Associate

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Worker to support our global retail and e‑commerce operations. In this role, you will receive, pick, pack, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently to stores and online customers. You’ll use RF scanners, pallet jacks, and basic warehouse systems while following safety and quality standards. The position requires consistent productivity, attention to detail, and ability to lift and move cartons throughout your shift. You’ll collaborate with a diverse, inclusive team, with opportunities to learn logistics processes and grow within a fast-paced distribution environment. Receive, sort, and stock inbound merchandise and supplies Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to stores and online customers Operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other basic warehouse equipment Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling and documentation Meet established productivity, quality, and accuracy standards Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and report hazards or incidents Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company standards Collaborate with supervisors and team members to hit daily goals Order picking and packing RF scanner operation Inventory control basics Shipping and receiving procedures Pallet jack operation Basic data entry Warehouse safety practices Heavy lifting and material handling Time management and productivity Team communication Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k OSHA-compliant forklift or pallet jack certification preferred Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred Basic RF scanner and inventory system familiarity a plus
