What You’ll Do:
As our Development Director, you will lead all aspects of development and donor engagement. You’ll design and execute fundraising strategies, and build relationships with individuals, corporations, and foundations. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about making a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual fundraising plans
- Cultivate and solicit donors and sponsors
- Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns
- Maintain donor database and ensure accurate reporting
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3+ years of experience in fundraising or development✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills✅ Experience with donor management systems (preferred)✅ Bachelor’s degree required✅ Passion for non-profit work and ethical fundraising
