APPLY NOW2nd Shift Saw Operator Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 2nd Shift Saw Operator to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Saw Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Elkhart, IN
Pay Range: $18.00 per hour
Shift:
Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AMWhat's the Job? Operate saw equipment safely and efficiently to cut materials according to specifications Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production specifications accurately Measure and cut materials to required dimensions ensuring precision Inspect finished cuts to verify quality and accuracy Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance concerns promptly What's Needed? Previous manufacturing or saw operation experience preferred but not required Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic What's in it for me?
