Enterprise Account Director (HCM/HR Tech)

The Opportunity: We are partnering with a growing enterprise SaaS company seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to drive new logo acquisition across large enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record selling enterprise software solutions in HR technology, workforce management, procurement, spend management, or related markets. They also bring an established network of executive decision makers they can leverage to open doors, generate new business opportunities, and close complex, high-value deals.

What You'll Do: Drive new enterprise customer acquisition through strategic account development and existing executive relationships. Own complex, full-cycle sales opportunities from prospecting through negotiation and close. Engage C-suite stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and Operations. Navigate long sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, and enterprise purchasing processes. Partner with internal teams to support customer adoption and account expansion.

What We're Looking For: Proven success selling enterprise SaaS solutions to large organizations. Consistent quota attainment and experience closing complex, high-value deals. An established network of senior enterprise decision makers. Experience selling software in HR technology, workforce management, procurement, spend management, business analytics, or related enterprise applications. Strong consultative selling skills, executive presence, and the ability to independently build a territory. Compensation Base: $175,000 to $225,000OTE: $350,000 to $450,000
