We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead a growing manufacturing operation within the packaging industry. This individual will have overall responsibility for plant performance, team leadership, operational improvement, and driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:- Strong, hands-on manufacturing leader with the ability to develop and engage teams
- Proven P&L and financial management experience
- Experience using ERP systems, KPIs, and data to drive operational performance
- Continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to lead an established workforce through growth and change
Requirements:- Progressive manufacturing leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience improving safety, quality, productivity, and overall plant performance
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
- Packaging, printing, converting, or related manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
