Plant EHS Manager - Food and Manufacturing Safety

Job Type: Full-timePay: $140,000 to $160,000 per yearRelocation: Assistance available Lead the safety culture at a large manufacturing plant, building new programs and developing a 3-person EHS team in a critical, highly valued role.

Must-Haves: 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, with a strong safety focus Proven track record of plant safety success Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental, or a technical field Ability to build, prioritize, and execute a site safety plan Hands-on, leader-coach style with a team-oriented focus Ability to drive culture change and influence at all levels

What You'll Do: Lead plant EHS for a large manufacturing facility, including seasonal ramp-ups from July through October Supervise and develop a team of 3 EHS Generalists Build and drive behavioral safety and health programs, systems, and training Strengthen the safety culture and employee engagement Partner with the site leadership team to create a sustainable EHS program Support environmental compliance across the facility

Nice-to-Haves: Food manufacturing experience CSP or ASP certification Experience managing safety through seasonal workforce surges

Compensation and Benefits: $140,000 to $160,000 per year Relocation assistance
