We are seeking an experienced EHS & Training Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance at a manufacturing facility in Texas City, Texas. Reporting to the Site Manager, this role will drive a strong safety culture, regulatory excellence, and continuous improvement across plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead site-wide EHS performance, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and company requirements.
Conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to improve safety and environmental performance.
Develop and deliver EHS training programs, lead site initiatives, and collaborate with employees and leadership to strengthen safety culture and operational excellence.
Candidates Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.10+ years of industrial EHS and regulatory experience in manufacturing or distribution, including at least 5 years in EHS management. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, risk management, incident investigation, and employee training; safety certifications, emergency response leadership, and production or maintenance supervisory experience are preferred.
