What You'll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting
- Administer medications and treatments
- Perform patient assessments
- Educate families and caregivers
- Follow plan of care
Qualifications
Required: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (TX)
Current CPR certification
Preferred:
- Pediatric home health experience
- Trach and/or ventilator experience
- New Grad Registered Nurses (RN) Welcome!
- Schedule & TravelFull-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
- Flexible scheduling based on availability8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available
