Job Title: Dentist
Location: DOH Duval CountyDental Center
Work Schedule: 23 days per week
Pay Rate:
$101.81/hr (1099)
Dress Code: Medical Scrubs
Software Used: EagleSoft, Electronic Oral Health Record, HMS
Requirements: Level 2 background check and drug screen
Responsibilities:
Provide a full range of general dental services including comprehensive exams, preventive services, restorations, dentures (complete & partial), and extractions.
Required Qualifications:
DDS or DMD Degree
Active Florida Dental License (in good standing)
Current/Active DEA Certification
Current CPR Certification
5+ years' experience providing general dental services
Highly Desired:
Experience with EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record
