Dialysis RN: Elevate Patient Care Through Collaboration

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across the care continuum at Tooele Valley Dialysis Center in Utah. The RN will collaborate with physicians, families and staff to develop individualized care plans, document thoroughly, and ensure safe, effective patient outcomes. A valid RN license and BLS are required; BSN is preferred and encouraged within four years.
