Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offers and facilitating smooth onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organization, and a deep understanding of the healthcare talent market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate experience and provide timely updates and feedback
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires.
- Provide clerical and operational support to the HR department.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 1 year of recent healthcare recruitment experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and ATS platforms.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
