Your impact:- Picture this: your line starts smoothly, materials are staged, and parts move with rhythm. You notice a small fault, make a quick correction, and keep output on target—all while upholding safety and order. That’s the cadence of this role.
- Run automated transfer line equipment to plan and takt.
- Monitor production flow and drive efficiency.
- Address minor machine interruptions and basic faults promptly.
- Keep materials and the work area meticulously organized.
- Follow production and safety procedures every time.
- Step up for overtime when production needs rise.
- What you’ll need to succeed
- Reliable attendance and punctuality you can set a clock by.
- Solid basic mechanical aptitude.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
