医美注射师 / Aesthetic Injector（MD / NP / PA）

Position Summary: Aura Institute is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector / Cosmetic Injector to join our medical aesthetics practice. We are looking for a licensed MD, Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on dermal filler injection experience. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of facial anatomy, aesthetic treatment planning, injection techniques, patient safety, and complication management, along with excellent patient communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: Perform aesthetic consultations and assess patients’ goals, facial anatomy, and treatment suitability. Develop individualized aesthetic treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical judgment. Administer dermal fillers and other injectable aesthetic treatments within the scope of licensure and training. Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare, and potential risks. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Follow established safety, infection-control, and clinical protocols. Recognize and appropriately manage potential injection-related complications. Maintain a professional, patient-centered experience throughout consultation, treatment, and follow-up.

Required Qualifications: Active and appropriate professional licensure as an MD, NP, or PA.Minimum 2 years of hands‑on dermal filler injection experience. Demonstrated knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic injection techniques. Experience conducting patient consultations and developing treatment plans. Knowledge of injection safety protocols and management of potential adverse events or complications. Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills. Professional working proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic medicine, or aesthetic clinic setting. Direct injection experience with one or more of the following products or treatment categories:
