Pediatric ED Leadership: Assistant Medical Director

Dolly Parton Children's Hospital seeks an Assistant Medical Director (AMD) to collaborate with the Medical Director to achieve clinical, operational, and quality improvement goals in pediatric emergency services. The AMD will serve as Medical Director when needed and will lead performance metrics, staff development, patient experience initiatives, and strategic growth of the pediatric ED.
