Location: Lafayette, IN Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available Position Type: Full-Time Are you looking for a stable warehouse opportunity with immediate openings? Responsibilities: Pick products accurately using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse systems Pack orders according to shipping and quality standards Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage Label, organize, and prepare orders for shipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals Follow all company safety procedures Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications: Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic math and reading skills

Physical Requirements: Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Lift up to 50 pounds as needed Perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment #nowhiring Pull Parts from designated part racks and place said parts into the staged racks for the costumer.
