Senior M&A & Corporate Development Leader

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Manager for Corporate Development to lead deal lifecycle activities, from strategy and modeling to negotiation and execution of M&A and other inorganic transactions. You will work with technology accelerator and corporate venture teams to evaluate strategic options across sectors. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in corporate development or investment banking, with strong financial modeling, valuation, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
