Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Puyallup, WA On-site

Starting pay: $19 - $21 per hour, depending on relevant skills and experience

Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday, regular office hours

What You'll Do: Enter electronic, credit card, and check payments accurately into customer accounts. Pick up, sort, and distribute mail. Keep payment records and paperwork organized and confidential. Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers. Support the Credit team with routine office tasks and direct account questions to the appropriate team member.

What You Bring: Attention to detail and basic computer skills. Good organization and the ability to follow procedures. Dependability, follow-through, and a willingness to learn. A friendly, helpful approach to customers and teammates. Customer service, cash-handling, data-entry, or office experience is helpful. Learn alongside our Credit team and build skills in payment processing, customer accounts, and office operations.
