Sales Service Technician

Our client, a leading provider of household coffee machine appliances is seeking a Associate, After Sales Center Technician to join their team. As a Associate, After Sales Center Technician, you will be part of the After Sales Center supporting repair operations and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a positive willingness to learn, and a dependable, problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain coffee machine household appliances to restore performance and reliability. Learn and apply electrical, mechanical, and fluidic system fundamentals to support accurate repairs. Perform quality inspections to ensure repaired products meet company standards before they move forward. Document repairs, parts usage, quality findings, and inventory transactions with clear, accurate records. Clean, test, and package repaired products before shipment, following safety procedures and quality management processes. What's Needed? High School Diploma. Technical certification in Electronics, Mechanics, Appliance Repair, or a related field is a plus. Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior experience in appliance repair, electronics repair, technical support, quality control, manufacturing, maintenance, or related hands-on technical environments is a plus. Mechanical aptitude and a troubleshooting mindset, with the ability to use basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, schematics, wiring diagrams, and repair documentation is preferred, along with basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
