Founding Partner (Fractional Head of People)

Respiris Founding Partner Opportunity Respiris is built to ensure that no one faces career transitions alone. We are creating a modern alternative to traditional outplacement by combining human connection, structured coaching, community, and AI-enabled tools to support individuals during some of the most important and vulnerable moments of their professional lives. We partner with companies to support employees with greater care, consistency, and credibility during workforce change. Respiris sits at the intersection of service, community, and technology, creating a model that is both deeply human and built to scale. This is not legacy outplacement with a new label. This is a new category built for how work, networks, and transitions actually happen today. Respiris is building a network of Founding Partners to activate and grow markets across the United States. This opportunity is designed for experienced operators who have already generated meaningful independent revenue and want to add outplacement as a high-margin, relationship-driven revenue stream. As a Founding Partner, you are not reselling a centralized service. You are building the market with us. You will deepen relationships with existing clients, create new entry points into organizations navigating workforce change, and position yourself at the center of one of the most critical moments in the employee lifecycle. This is an additional revenue stream designed to complement and expand your existing income portfolio.
