Patient Benefits Coordinator

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Breaking down dental insurance benefits and verifying eligibility and coverage (because insurance companies sure don't make it easy!).Helping patients understand their treatment plans, insurance estimates, and financial responsibilities. Presenting treatment options and helping patients feel comfortable and confident moving forward with their dental care. Coordinating patient referrals and communicating with specialists. Answering patient questions, assisting with scheduling, and providing outstanding customer service. Tackling other dental administrative duties while keeping things running smoothly! YOU MIGHT BE OUR PERFECT MATCH IF:You have previous dental front office and insurance experience. (REQUIRED) You understand dental terminology, procedures, and CDT codes. You can confidently verify insurance eligibility and benefits. You understand deductibles, maximums, frequencies, downgrades, and limitations. You have experience preparing and presenting dental treatment plans. You can clearly explain treatment costs and financial responsibilities to patients. You know how to coordinate specialist referrals and follow-ups. You're comfortable with dental software (Eaglesoft experience is a plus!).You're organized, detail-oriented, and a multitasking superstar. You have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a sense of humor!
