A Better Way ABA in New York seeks an experienced and credentialed BCBA to join as an Assessment Specialist. This in-person role conducts 2–3 assessments weekly across NYC and Long Island for treatment planning, without carrying a caseload.
Responsibilities include:
FBA and skills assessments, report preparation, team collaboration, and providing feedback to families. Travel and flexible scheduling are required; benefits are not included.
