This candidate will be a key member of the clinic team responsible mainly for back-office clinical duties and shot clinic. Front office experience is preferable. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Take vital signs, medical history and room patients- Perform allergy testing and lung function testing- Administer allergy shots- Prepare and administer medications as directed by providers- Assist providers in clinic procedures as needed- Appointment scheduling, insurance verification, follow-up on tests/procedures- Manage phone calls from pharmacies and insurance companies- Maintain clinic supplies inventoryQUALIFICATIONS:- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an LVN- Licensed- Excellent customer service and communication skills- Accountable, Dependable and Punctual work ethics- Organized and pays attention to detail- Preferable: Experience in an Allergy clinic- Preferable: Experience with an electronic medical record- Preferable: Front office experience- Preferable: Bilingual in Spanish/English'
