FP&A Manager

Key Responsibilities: Establish reliable monthly forecasting and budgeting processes using Workday Adaptive Planning Develop effective expense and headcount planning partnerships, providing stakeholders with clear visibility into budgets and forecasts Build scalable reporting capabilities that support internal leadership and board reporting, reducing reliance on manual processes

Required Qualifications: Approximately 5-7 years of relevant FP&A or corporate finance experience, including financial analysis and integrated three-statement financial modeling Experience using a financial planning platform, such as Workday Adaptive Planning, with a track record of improving financial processes Proven success in partnering with business leaders and influencing decisions across organizational levels A hands-on approach to problem-solving, capable of navigating ambiguity and creating structure A degree in finance, accounting, or a related quantitative discipline
