Job Description General Laborer/CNC Machine Operator Location: Louisville, KY Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Pay: $18.00/hour Job Type: Full-Time Temp-to-Hire Build Your Manufacturing Career with a Growing Company Snelling Staffing is seeking a dependable, hands-on individual to join a local manufacturing team as a CNC Machine Operator / General Laborer. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, machine operation, construction, or other hands-on environments and are looking for a stable first-shift position with potential for long-term employment. You will be trained to operate and assist with a CNC router while handling PVC materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Previous CNC experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for candidates who are mechanically inclined, comfortable working around machinery, and take pride in producing quality work.
What You'll Do:- Load and unload PVC sheets weighing up to 50 lbs. onto a CNC router
- Assist with CNC machine operation and production processes
- Follow work instructions and production specifications
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, construction, or mechanical experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working on your feet throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
