Retail Store Manager Trading Cards

Key Responsibilities: Lead daily store operations in a high-traffic environment Hire, train, and manage a team of part-time associates (including students) Drive in-store sales through strong customer engagement and product knowledge Manage inventory across sealed product, single cards, and supplies Maintain store organization, merchandising, and cleanliness Handle scheduling and ensure proper staffing during peak hours Build relationships with the local community and campus customers Execute promotions, events, and product launches

Qualifications: Prior retail management experience required Experience managing part-time or student employees is a plus Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Sales-driven mindset with focus on customer experience Interest in trading cards or collectibles preferred
