What You'll Do:- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
- Move, load, unload, stack, and relocate materials throughout the facility
- Transport racks, containers, pallets, and crates to designated locations
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and process material movements
- Pull and stage completed orders for outbound shipping
- Inspect products for damage and verify correct labeling
- Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork accurately
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures
What We're Looking For:- Previous forklift experience required
- Material handling, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow written instructions and complete documentation accurately
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in shipping and receiving
- Knowledge of warehouse inventory processes
- Production or manufacturing experience
- Experience working with pallets, racks, containers, and bulk materials
- Forklift certification or recent forklift operating experience
